Filling Breakfast Pancake
2 Egg whites (or 1 whole egg)
2 tbsp Proten powder
1 tbsp Grd flax seed
1/3 cup Oats
1 tsp Vanilla
Cinnamon
Pinch sugar/stevia
1 tbsp Water
Mix all this together. Heat a small pan and lightly spray with olive oil. Drop gooey mixture on like you would pancake batter.
Cool on baking racks and freeze if necessary
