Ingredients

6 slices Buttered bread
8 ounces Grated cheese
1 lb. Roll of sausage, browned and drained
2 cups Milk
6 Eggs
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Celery salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 can Green chilies (optional)
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. Dry mustard powder

Preparation

Mix together the milk, eggs, salts, Worcestershire sauce, green chilies (optional), Tabasco sauce, and dry mustard powder.

In a 13" X 9" pan, sprayed with Pam, layer bred, sausage, cheese, and egg mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered, at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 8 well.

Why is there no nutrition facts listed with this recipe? this is what I'm interested in. I have to watch my sodium level as well as calories. Did I miss this somewhere? The recipe sounds good but I haven't tried it yet.
