Cook Brown Rice in rice cooker (or on stove)
In medium saucepan, sautee onions and garlic on med heat for 10 minutes, or until transparent add cubed tofu.
Add in sauces, and rice. Continue to mix in and fry rice.
Lastly add snow peas and remove from heat.
In a seperate frying pan, fry up eggs over easy. Dish out rice onto the plate(s) and top with over easy egg. Slice pickles and arrange around plate.
