Awesome Chicken Salad

best chicken salad I have ever had!

Ingredients

3 lbs Tyson fully cooked grilled chicken strips or any cooked chicken (cubed).

1 1/2 cups Mayo

3/4 cups Sour cream

1 1/2 tbsp Poppy seed

1/2 tbsp Salt

1 1/2 cups Chopped nuts like walnut, praline or cinn.coated pecans.

1/2 cup Red grapes cut in half or quarters.

1/2 cup Chopped celery(optional)

Preparation

Thaw out Tyson chicken.

Cut into cubes.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together in a large bowl.

Chill over night for best results.

Use your favorite bread to make sandwiches.

Or just put over a salad.

Cook's Notes

Chilling over night gives it more flavor! This recipe makes a large quantity for parties and such. Cut in half or thirds for smaller groups.
