| 4 sheets | (13x17 in. ea) phyllo dough |
| 4 tbsp | Melted butter |
| 1 1/2 cups | Chop'd walnuts |
| 1 cup | Sugar |
| 2 tbsp | Cinnamon |
| 1 pint | Vanilla bean ice cream |
| | Honey, for topping |
Cover the surface of a cookie sheet w/ parchment paper, and on it spread a sheet of phyllo dough.
Brush phyllo w/ a little butter and scatter over one-third of the walnuts.
Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle 1/3 cup over walnuts.
Repeat the phyllo, butter, sugar-cinnamon and walnut steps twice again, finishing w/ the 4th sheet of phyllo.
Cut pastry into 3-in. squares w/ a sharp paring knife. Cover the pastry w/ another sheet of parchment paper and another cookie sheet.
Bake in hot oven at 400 F for 18 to 23 mins. or until golden.
Remove from oven and serve warm pastry squares w/ ice cream and a drizzle of honey.
