This is a great appetizer for a luncheon potluck because it's tasty and it makes such a large number of treats!

Ingredients

1 package Round or square won-ton wrappers (60 count)

1 pound Mild sausage

1 pound Mexican Velveeta Cheese (mild)

1 Chopped bell pepper

1 can (4.5 oz.) chopped olives, drained

1 bottle (8 oz.) Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing

Preparation

Lightly brush both sides of the won-ton wrappers with olive oil and place in regular muffin pans. Bake at 350' for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and set aside.

Cook and drain sausage. Add cheese and stir until melted.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Spoon the sausage mixture into the won-ton wrappers and return to oven. Bake at 350' for 5 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated.

Cook's Notes

Makes 36-45 sausage stars.
