1 Small Onion, chopped
2 Large Carrots, sliced
1 Medium Zucchini, sliced 1in. thick
1 c. Shredded cabbage
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 (15oz) cans Kidney beans, drained
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth
1 (28 oz. ) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 c. Cooked elbow macaroni
1/4 c Grated parmesan cheese
Combine all ingredients, except pasta and cheese, in crockpot. Cook on low 8-9 hrs. on high 4-5 hours.
Just before your ready to serve stir in pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
