French Toast
2 slices Whole-wheat bread
1 Large egg lightly beaten
2 tsp Melted butter
1 cup Sliced strawberries
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 cup Melon balls
4 oz Orange juice
12 oz Nonfat cappuccino
Soak 2 slices whole-wheat bread in 1 large egg lightly beaten with 1 tbsp water. Cook in 2 tsp melted butter in a medium pan over medium heat. Top with 1 cup sliced strawberries and 1 tbsp maple syrup.
