Spicy Steak with Baked Potato and Spinach (plus red wine)

Ingredients

5-oz Flank steak

1/2 tsp Brown sugar

1/4 tsp Ground cumin

1/8 tsp Cayenne

1/8 tsp Salt

1 Baking potato

2 tbsp Light sour cream

4 cups Spinach

1 tsp Olive oil

1 tsp Lemon juice

1 clove Garlic, chopped

Preparation

Rub a 5-oz flank steak with a mixture of 1/2 tsp brown sugar, 1/4 tsp ground cumin, 1/8 tsp cayenne and 1/8 tsp salt; broil 5 to 6 minutes on each side.

1 baked potato topped with 2 tbsp light sour cream.

4 cups spinach sauteed in 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 clove garlic, chopped.

Cook's Notes

Enjoy with 2 glasses (5 oz each) red wine (calories included)

The rub for this flank steak is so easy, but SO GOOD!!!!
