Ingredients

3 cups Romaine

3 oz Grilled chicken breast

1/4 cup Croutons

4 Cherry tomatoes

2 slices Red onion

1 tbsp Caesar dressing

1 tbsp Grated Parmesan

1 Small whole-wheat roll

Preparation

Toss 3 cups romaine with 3 oz grilled chicken breast, 1/4 cup croutons, 4 cherry tomatoes, 2 slices red onion, 1 tbsp Caesar dressing and 1 tbsp grated Parmesan.
