Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine ham, turkey and cheese. Mix well. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press or roll each biscuit to form a 6 to 7 inch round. Place just under 1/3 cup of mixture on one side of biscuit round. Fold dough over filling and press edges with a fork to seal. Place on a cookie sheet. In a small bowl, combine egg, milk, cinnamon and nutmeg; beat well. Brush over tops of filled biscuits and bake for 12 -19 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with raspberry jam.
