Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Trim and rinse asparagus. Lay asparagus out on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss asparagus with hands to evenly distrubute oils and seasoning. Bake for 15 minutes. Once out of the oven sprinkle Balsamic vineager over asparagus and toss. Serve warm or room temp.
