Ingredients

1 bunch Asparagus
1 tsp Balsamic Vineager
1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Trim and rinse asparagus. Lay asparagus out on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss asparagus with hands to evenly distrubute oils and seasoning. Bake for 15 minutes. Once out of the oven sprinkle Balsamic vineager over asparagus and toss. Serve warm or room temp.

easy and delicious - I also baked it with the balsamic vinegar. just drizzled a little olive oil and vinegar before putting it in the oven and it adds a great kick to the asparagus. is definitely a repeat!

this is SO good.. it even turned my vegetable-hating boyfriend into an asparagus lover. it's also good if you roast it with the balsamic vinegar on it: mix the ingredients as listed, except add the vinegar in the toss. to roast, preheat oven to 475 and let it roast about 8-10 minutes. crunchy and delicious. i add minced garlic (about one clove) to the mix sometimes! yummy :)
