Chili-Lime Grouper Fillets

Ingredients

2 tbsp. Fresh lime juice

2 tbsp. Orange juice

2 tbsp. Vegetable oil

4 Green onions, chopped

2 tsp. Chili powder

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Garlic powder

8 (6oz) grouper fillets

2 Limes, each cut into 4 wedges

Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large zip-top freezer bag.

Add fish to bag; seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes, turning bag once.

Preheat grill to medium-high (350 deg to 400 deg.).

Remove fish from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill fish, uncovered, over medium-high heat 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork. Transfer fish to a serving platter, and drizzle with fresh lime juice.

Cook's Notes

Also great cooked under a broiler when weather is not nice enough for grilling.
