Oven Baked Tuna Sandwiches

This recipe is very easy to make. Takes no time at all. very low fat and a great snack to serve your family.

Ingredients

2 cans Tuna in water or in oil

1 can Canned corn

Mayonaise

Regular sliced bread

Preparation

Cut the edges of the sliced bread ( the edges burn easily in the oven, its better to not have them)

Mix the cans of tuna with about 2-3 spoons of mayonaise (it depends on how much you like) Mix in the can of corn.

Fill the each piece of bread with about 3 spoons of the already prepared tuna and roll up each of them.

Finally Put them in a non stick oven safe pan, space them out evenly

Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the bread is a nice golden brown.
