1. place avocado in a small bowl, and mash with fork. stir in chickpeas, lime juicem and garlic, season with salt and pepper.
2. Set taco shell in napkin-lined basket. place salad greens, salsa, and sour cream in seperate bowls alongside chickpea-avocado mash.
3. let each person build there own taco!!
fill each shell with 1/4 cup chickpea-avocado mash, some greens, and sour cream.
