Ingredients
2 Large salmon filets (5 oz each)
2 cups Chopped spinach
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
2 Medium Roma tomatoes, chopped
Glaze:
4 tbsp Low sugar marmalade
1/2 tsp Fresh minced ginger
1/2 tsp Frensh minced garlic
1 tsp Tahini
