Mom's Pork Chops

Easy & quick pork chop recipe, Family favorite

Ingredients

6 Thin sliced pork chops (boneless or bone-in for more flavor)

1 package Graham crackers

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 350.

Pound graham crackers on both sides of chops. cut off excess fat and save.

Place chops on baking sheet with fat pieces on top to give extra flavor

Bake for about 45 minutes or until cooked through.
