Easy Bannana Bread

Ingredients

3 1/2 cups Flour

3 cups Sugar

1 1/2 tsp Baking soda

1 1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Vanilla

4 Eggs

2/3 cup Water

1 cup Vegetable oil

2 cups Bannanas, mashed

1 cup Pecans, chopped (optional)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Pour into greased & floured bread pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until golden brown. Cool on rack for 15 minutes before inverting onto to tray.
