Quick curry you can make with few ingredients.
1-2 Chicken breasts
1 can Cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 can Milk or water
Curry powder (to taste)
Cook the chicken anyway you like (boiled, steamed, baked, or in a skillet)
Chop the chicken into bite sized pieces
Prepare the cream soup according to instructions on the packaging
Add curry powder to taste (usually about 2-4 tbsp)
This is best served over rice. I often steam the chicken in the rice cooker as I'm cooking the rice to make this even easier.
