1. To make filling, spray skillet with cooking spray and set over mredium heat. Add apples and cinnamon. Cook, covered, stirring occasionally until apples are tender, about 8 minutes.
2. Stir in the caramel and increase heat. Cook, uncovered stirring occasionally until filling thickens, about 2 minutes
3. Spoon a scant 3/4 cup of filling into each of 4 serving dishes. Sprinkle each plate with 2 TBSP cereal and 3/4 tsp toffee bits. Serve
