No-bake Caramel-Apple Crisps

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs Granny smith apples (or Empire) thinly sliced and peeled

3/4 tsp Cinnamon

2 tbsp Fat free caramel topping

1/2 cup Reduced fat cluster crunch cereal

1 tbsp Toffee bar bits

Preparation

1. To make filling, spray skillet with cooking spray and set over mredium heat. Add apples and cinnamon. Cook, covered, stirring occasionally until apples are tender, about 8 minutes.

2. Stir in the caramel and increase heat. Cook, uncovered stirring occasionally until filling thickens, about 2 minutes

3. Spoon a scant 3/4 cup of filling into each of 4 serving dishes. Sprinkle each plate with 2 TBSP cereal and 3/4 tsp toffee bits. Serve

Cook's Notes

Before adding the topping, you can refrigerate and serve later. Cover with wrap and refrigerate. When ready to serve, heat each plate in the microwave and top with toppings. 1 serving = 3 points
