2 cups Beans
1 cup Pasta sauce
1 cup Salsa
1 cup Onion, chopped
2 tsp Chili powder
½ tsp: Salt, garlic powder, and ground cumin
8 Whole grain corn tortillas, 5 in diameter

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350
Combine first 8 ingredients in pot. Simmer for 10 minutes, covered, until onions are tender.
Soften tortillas by wrapping in foil and placing in oven for 5 minutes
Spread 1 cup mixture evenly on bottom of 8 or 9” square pan.
Spread ¼ cup mixture in each tortilla. Roll tortillas and place seam side down on top of bean mixture.
Evenly spread remaining mixture on top of tortillas.
Cover with foil, bake for 30 minutes.
