Quick Breakfast
1 1/4 cup Orange juice
1/4 cup Yogurt, fat free plain
2 ounces Tofu, firm
2 cups Assorted fresh fruit
1/4 cup Almonds, chopped
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Wheat germ
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
