My favorite spinach dressing is Marzetti's...found in the bagged salad section at most supermarkets.
1 bag Baby spinach leaves
1/4 c. Bottled, spinach salad dressing
4-6 slices Crisp bacon, crumbled
Cracked black pepper
1/4 c. Seasoned croutons, coarsely crushed
1/2 Small red onion, sliced with rings seperated
Rinse and drain spinach and place in large bowl. Toss in salad dressing and bacon until leaves are well coated. Sprinkle with croutons, black pepper and arrange onion slices on top. Serve immediately.
I arrange onion on top in whole rings so those who don't like onions...don't get them.
