Pigs In A Blankie

Contributed By: DeanneWeiss
stay @ home mom...standard!

One of my kids favorites....and great for the baby-sitter to help kids make when Mommy and Daddy are leaving for "date night!"

Ingredients

1 can Refrigerated crescent dough

1 pkg. "Little Smokies"

Ketchup & Mustard

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. Remove dough from can and spread pieces out on clean countertop. With pizza cutter, cut each dough triangle into 3 pieces. (Should end up with about 20-24 "pieces" of dough.) Wrap 1 Little Smokie in each piece of dough....by laying Little Smokie across widest part of dough piece and warpping towards tip of dough piece...to form a "crescent-shaped" dough-wrapped Little Smokie. (Trust me....Grandma couldn't figure this out....thus the detailed instructions!)

Arrange wrapped smokies on cookie sheet at least 1-2 inches apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Serve hot with ketchup and mustard for dipping.

Cook's Notes

Goes wonderfully with "Mac-N-Cheese!"
