Asian Teriyaki Tofu

Ingredients

12 oz Light firm tofu, drained & cut into 1" cubes
3 Scallions, finely chopped
1 tsp Minced fresh garlic
1 tsp Finely chopped fresh ginger
1/2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp Hot sesame oil
1 cup Chopped fresh broccoli
2 tbsp Light teriyaki sauce
1/4 tsp Red-pepper flakes, or more to taste

Preparation

1. Preheat nonstick wok or skillet over high heat and mist with olive oil spray.

2. Add tofu, scallions, garlic, ginger, olive oil, and sesame oil. Cook, stirring often, 3 minutes. Add broccoli. Cook, stirring frequently, about 12 minutes, or until tofu is browned on all sides.

3. Stir in teriyaki sauce. Season with pepper flakes. Cook 30 to 60 seconds, or until sauce thickens slightly. Spoon onto 2 serving plates. Serve immediately.
