| 12 oz | Light firm tofu, drained & cut into 1" cubes |
| 3 | Scallions, finely chopped |
| 1 tsp | Minced fresh garlic |
| 1 tsp | Finely chopped fresh ginger |
| 1/2 tsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 1/4 tsp | Hot sesame oil |
| 1 cup | Chopped fresh broccoli |
| 2 tbsp | Light teriyaki sauce |
| 1/4 tsp | Red-pepper flakes, or more to taste |
1. Preheat nonstick wok or skillet over high heat and mist with olive oil spray.
2. Add tofu, scallions, garlic, ginger, olive oil, and sesame oil. Cook, stirring often, 3 minutes. Add broccoli. Cook, stirring frequently, about 12 minutes, or until tofu is browned on all sides.
3. Stir in teriyaki sauce. Season with pepper flakes. Cook 30 to 60 seconds, or until sauce thickens slightly. Spoon onto 2 serving plates. Serve immediately.
