Mango-Strawberry Breakfast Sundae

Ingredients

1 cup Unsweetened frozen strawberries

1/2 cup Chopped mango

1/4 cup Orange juice

4 Ice cubes

1/2 tsp- Honey (optional)

1/4 cup Crunchy, high-fiber low-sugar cereal

Preparation

1. In blender combine strawberries, mango, juice, and ice. Blend on high until mixture is almost smooth. (with a consistency somewhere between a slushie and a sorbet.)

2. Pour into a cereal bowl or tall glass. Stir in honey, if desired. Top with cereal. Serve immediately.
