Ingredients

1 Medium can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 Medium can corn, drained
Juice of 2-3 limes
1 Avocado, mashed
1 Tomato, diced
4-5 Green onions, diced
1 Small can sliced black olives, drained
1/2 cup Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Let sit for about one hour to marinate and soak up the flavors. Service with baked tortilla chips or tostadas.
