Easy Chinese Stir-Fry

Ingredients

1 tsp. Oil

1 lb. (450g) pork tenderloin, cut into thin slices

2 Carrots, slices

1/4 cup Kraft Signature Sweet Onion Vinaigrette Dressing

2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce

2 tbsp. Water

1 Green onion, thinly sliced

Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

Add meat & carrots, stir-fry 5 min.

Stir in dressing, hoisin sauce & water. Stir-fry 7 min. or until carrots are crisp-tender.

Add onions, cook 1 min.

To make this a full meal, serve over hot cooked angel hair pasta or rice.
