| 2 cups | Cornmeal |
| 2 cups | Rice flour (you can use regular flour) |
| 2 tbs | Baking Powder |
| 2 ½ cups | Milk |
| 2 tsp. | Salt |
| ¾ cup | Sugar |
| 4 | Eggs |
| ¼ cup | Margarine |
| 1/4 cup | Brown sugar |
| | Hotdogs |
Preheat oven to 450*
In mixer or blender, combine milk, eggs, and margarine. Combine all other ingredients and add to milk mixture. Mix well.
Cut hotdogs into thirds and put 2 in each muffin tin. Pour batter over the top of them and bake at 450* for 12-14 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
