Upside-Down Apple Pancakes

Great for breakfast for the children

Ingredients

3 tablespoon Butter

1/2 cup Brown sugar

2 teaspoons Cinnamon

4 Granny smith apples (pared & sliced thin)

In separate bowl

2 cups Complete pancake mix

1 cup Applesauce

3/4 cup Water

Preparation

Need one large round Pyrex-type baking dish:

Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees

Melt butter and pour in baking dish. Arrange apple slices in pan then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Pour pancake mixuture in pan

bake 35 minutes, invert pan on serving dish

Enjoy!
