1. Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes (about 10 cubes per breast).
2. Place them in a pot with some finely chopped onion, Olive Oil, your spices, and Mushrooms. Sautee this combination until all the chicken is white inside and out (about 10 minutes).
3. While that is going, peel your tomatos and crush them on a cutting board.
4. When the chicken is done, add the tomatos and green beans and let this simmer on low heat for about 45 min-1 hour.
5. Then cook some brown rice and serve over the rice.
