| 12 oz. | Pasta, cooked, drained & rinsed in cold water (any shape) |
| 1 c. | Red apple, chopped (about 2) |
| 3/4 c. | Grapes, halved |
| 8 oz. | Pineapple, drained, reserve juice |
| 1/2 c. | Celery |
| 1/3 c. | Walnuts, chopped |
| 1/2 c. | Raisins |
| | DRESSING: |
| 1 1/2 c. | Lemon yogurt |
| 1/3 c. | Mayonnaise |
| 3 tbsp. | Pineapple juice |
Mix dressing ingredients and set aside.
Toss cooked pasta with fruit, celery and nuts. Add prepared dressing and gently toss again. Serve immediately or cover and chill.
