Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

1-2 Head broccoli florets
1/3 c. Sunflower seeds or slivered almonds
1/2 c. Chopped celery
1/2 lb. Turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
 DRESSING:
1/2 c. Fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 c. Fat-free sour cream
1/4 c. Splenda
2 tbsp. White vinegar

Preparation

Put broccoli, sunflower seeds or almonds, celery and bacon in a bowl and mix. In another bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Pour over vegetable mixture and mix well.

Each serving contains approx. 8 grams carbohydrates.
