| 16 oz. | Can red kidney beans, rinsed & drained |
| 1 c. | Frozen whole kernel corn, thawed |
| 2 c. | (16 oz. can) cut green beans, rinsed & drained |
| 2 c. | (16 oz. can) yellow wax beans, rinsed & drained |
| 1 c. | Celery, chopped |
| 1/3 c. | Fat-free Italian dressing |
| 3 tbsp. | Fat-free mayonnaise |
| 1/4 tsp. | Black pepper |
In a large bowl, combine kidney beans, corn, green and yellow beans, and celery. In a small bowl, combine Italian dressing, mayonnaise, and black pepper. Add dressing mixture to vegetable mixture. Mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
Serving size = 3/4 cup.
