| 3 c. | Cooked rice (2 1/4 c. uncooked Minute Rice, cooked) |
| 10 oz. | Whole kernel corn (2 c. frozen corn, thawed) |
| 2 tsp. | Dried minced onion |
| 2 c. | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
| 1 1/2 c. | Milk |
| 1 1/2 tsp. | Salt |
| 1/4 tsp. | Black pepper |
| | Paprika |
Combine all ingredients, except paprika. Pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
Good with cubed ham added.
