Put 2 Tbsp of olive oil in the pan and brown the chicken, onion, carrots and celery for 10 min.
For pressure cooker: After browning, add remaining ingredients except for the peas and noodles and cook for 15-20 min. Remove the chicken from the bones and return it to the soup. Keep the white meat for sandwiches etc and just put dark meat back in.
In crock pot: cook on low for 8 hrs.
Cook the noodles separately a little to get the starch out.
