1 1/2 cups Lettuce (preferably romaine)
1/2 Orange (Cut into segments)
1/2 Banana (sliced)
1/2 to 3/4 cup Cottage cheese (depending on your portion size or fist)
1 tsp. Shelled sunflower seeds
Lettuce in bowl and put cot. cheese in middle of lettuce. Scatter fruit around c.c. and sprinkle sunflower seeds on top. Good for a quick complete meal if in a hurry and don’t want to cook.
