Ingredients

1 Apple
2-3 Tbls Non-fat vanilla yogurt
1-2 Tbls chopped walnuts
Cinnamon

Preparation

Wash & chop the apple (do not peel)

In a small bowl mix the apple with the yogurt

Sprinkle the apple yogurt mixture with as much cinnamon as you like

Sprinkle Walnuts over apples & ENJOY!!

Cook's Notes

Though I have not tried it, I believe this would be good with various fruits (pears, oranges, etc.).
