Breakfast snack wrap

Ingredients

3 Medium egg whites

1/4 cup No fat cheddar cheese

1/4 cup Onions

1/4 Bell peppers

4 slices Turkey bacon

2 Wheat tortillas

Salt/Pepper and/or Mrs. Dash to taste

Pam cooking spray

Preparation

Spray skillet with Pam cooking spray and saute onions and peppers (season and cook to your liking). While onions and peppers are cooking, heat turkey bacon in the microwave (less mess and it’s fast). Once onions/peppers and turkey bacon are cooked, set aside.

Cook egg whites and while they are cooking heat wheat tortillas in another skillet or in microwave until warm.

Place wheat tortillas on plate and split ingredients between the two of them. Wrap up like a burrito and enjoy! YUM!
