Ingredients

1 Egg beater

1 Whole weat bagel

1 Slice of tomato

Preparation

Take one egg beaters and fry it with non-stick, fat free, low calorie cooking spray of your choice. Lightly brown a whole-wheat bagel in a toaster. Slice a tomato. Lightly spread fat-free mayo on the bagel add the egg beaters and the tomato slice for a fun morning sandwich.
