Best spaghetti I ever tasted
2 lbs Ground beef
1 Onion
1 Green pepper
4 Garlic cloves
2 19 oz Tomato juice
1 398 ml Stewed tomatoes
2 680 ml Tomato sauce
2 5oz Tomato paste
2 Bay leaves
1 1/2 tsp Oregano, salt, sugar
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Red crushed peppers
1 cup Fresh sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp Heinz 57
2 tbsp HP steak sauce
3 - 4 Drops tabasco
1 - 2 Drops soya sauce
24 Frozen italian meatballs
Fry ground beef, onion and garlic until no more pink. Add the remaining ingredients.
simmer for at least 1 hour and up to 5 hours. Serve over pasta.
