Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts, cut into slices or pieces
1 bunch Asparagus short cut on the bias
3 Gloves Garlic minced or crushed
8 oz Tofu Noodles or regular noodles, pre cooked
3 tbs Soy sauce or to taste
3 tbs Sesame oil or to taste
Sesame or Flax Seed
Preparation
Heat 2 tbs oil in pan to med high. Toss in chicken breast and stir fry for about 3-5 minutes. Chicken should be white but not fully cooked. Toss in asparagus and garlic. Continue stir fry 3-5 minutes. Toss in noodles and then the soy sauce. Stir until the sauce is evenly spread. Toss in sesame oil and wait until you can smell the oil cooked. About 5-7 minutes. Turn off fire. Toss a small mound of seed. Stir to spread evenly. Serve.
