Tuna Salad

Super easy and quick! Perfect for those "on-the-run" meals.

Ingredients

1 can Tuna

3-4 tbsp Mayonaise or Miracle Whip

1 tsp Black pepper

>0.5 tsp Salt

4 slices Multigrain bread

1 cup Baby spinach

1 box Lays potato chips

Preparation

Open drain and rinse tune (rinsing is to remove excess salt and is not necessary). Add the blackpepper and salt and mix. Add the mayonaise and mix.

Toast the 4 slices of multigrain bread and spread the tuna on there evenly.

Place a couple of leaves of spinach on each sanwhich and serve.
