Quick and easy chicken stir fry

Minute Rice

Ingredients

1lb Boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips

1 tsp. Minced garlic

1 tbsp. Oil

1 1/4 c. Water

1/4 c Soy sauce

1 tbsp. Sugar

16 oz. Frozen stir- fry vegetables

2 c. Minute white rice, uncooked

Preparation

1. Cook and stir chicken and garlic in hot oil in large skillet on med- high heat for 5 minutes, or untill chicken is cooked through

2. Add water, soy sauce, sugar, and vegetables and stir. Bring to boil.

3. Stir in rice, cover. Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes, fluff with a fork.
