Jo Beth's Grape Salad

This dish works equally well as a salad or a dessert!

Ingredients

8 cups Whole seedless grapes*

8 oz. Cream cheese, softened

8 oz. Sour cream

1/2 cup Sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla

1/2 cup Brown sugar

1/2 cup Chopped pecans

Preparation

Wash grapes and dry thoroughly on paper towels. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla with mixer. Fold in grapes. Place mixture in 9x13" dish and sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans. Refrigerate.

Cook's Notes

*You can use half red grapes, half green grapes, or all of one color - just depends on the cost per pound and how sour the grapes are!
