Steak with Vegetable Hash Browns

1 serving = 6 points (1 steak and 3/4 cup hash)

Ingredients

4 slices Turkey bacon chopped

1 (10 oz) package Frozen babyb brussel sprouts

3 cups Frozen hash browns

1/4 tsp Salt

1/8 tsp Pepper

4 (3 oz) filet mignon, abour 3/4 oz thick, trimmed

2 tsp Steak seasoning

Preparation

1. To make hash, spay skillet with cooking spray. add bacon and cook until it begins to brown, about 4-5 minutes.

2. add brussel sprouts and cook, stirring frequently until they brown, about 5-6 minutes.

3. Add hashbrowns, salt and pepper. Cook until brussel spouts are tender and hashbrowns are browned, about 8-9 minutes.

4. Meanwhile spray broiler rack with spray and preheat.

5. Sprinkle filets with steak seasoning. Broil 5 inches from heat until done, 4-5 minutes for medium.
