1 1/2 lb Scallops
1/4 lb Butter
1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
1tbsp Minced parsley
Salt to taste
Rinse scallops and pat dry. Melt butter to foam in large skillet. Add scallops and cook 1 minute on high heat on each side. Remove and sprinkle with lemon juice, parsley and salt.
