This is a light tasty side dish that can be served with BBQ or sandwhiches for a healthy alternative to sweets. I'll just list the ingredients because you can make as much or as little as you want. It's not a make ahead meal because the fruit will turn brown unless you put additives. I've not totally calculated but my guess is 2 to 3 pts per 1/2 cup.
Chopped apples - 2
Chopped pears - 2
1 - can Peaches diced or chopped
1 - canned mandarine oranges
Marachino cherries
Bannans
Pecans (optional)
1 - small can fat free sweetened condensed milk
toss all fruit with sweetened condensed milk.
It doesn't take the whole can so use the sweetened condensed milk to taste. I've had friends suggest pineapple.
