Ingredients

1/3 cup Chopped onion

2 tbsp Butter

1 cup Rice

2 cup Water

2 Chicken or beef bullion cubes

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Saute the onion in butter about 3 min. Add rice and stir, cooking 2-3 min. Pour in water and bring to boil, stir in boullion cubes, dissolve, and mix well. Turn into 1-qt casserole, cover and bake 30 min.
