Ingredients
5 cups Chopped broccoli
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1 1/2 cup Egg substitute
1 cup Skim milk
1 cup Lowfat cheddar
1/2 tsp Black pepper
5 oz Shredded cheddar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In nonstick skillet, saute broccoli and onion in small amount of water until tender. Drain and set aside. In a bowl, combine eggs, skim milk, and 3/4cup of cheese; mix well. Stir in broccoli and onion. Add pepper. Spray 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Pour mixture in baking dish. Set dish in 1" water. Bake 45 min. Remove from oven and top with remaining cheese. Let stand 10 min.
